Kathy Ellis is loving, authentic, and generous. She has enjoyed helping people achieve their financial goals for over three decades. It doesn’t take long to notice, she genuinely cares about the people she works with. She finds it very rewarding to help people accomplish their goals. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, she has worked on some of the most complex financial planning scenarios. Her knowledge, experience, and expertise include financial planning, estate planning, and charitable giving. Kathy attended Austin Peay State University, College for Financial Planning, and the Investment Training Institute in Atlanta. She celebrated her 23rd anniversary with Raymond James in October of 2022.

Kathy’s lovable personality provides our clients with encouragement and confidence. You won’t find her without a smile on her face. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog Bizzy. Kathy and her husband Rusty just celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. They both love sleepovers with her 7 grandchildren, Evie, Allie, Emmie, Kate, Tobie, Knox and her newest granddaughter, Lucy. The grandchildren love playing at her house.

It is easy to see how Kathy is committed to giving back to her community. She serves on the Board of Directors for The Big Fish Scholarship and Austin Peay College of Business Advisory Board. Kathy is a past board member for the United Way of the Greater Clarksville Region. She served on the committee for the Tickle Me Pink program, which helps women recover from breast cancer. She’s a graduate of Leadership Clarksville and Citizens Police Academy. Kathy served as a founding member of the Reagan Women’s Giving Circle of Austin Peay as well.

Kathy is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and holds Series 7, Series 24, and Series 63 licenses.
